We're looking for someone who's a client-focused leader who thrives in digital CX across web and email marketing. This is a six month contract, due to paternity leave starting within the next 3-4 weeks. Your role will involve leading clients and working on creative, engaging, and sometimes complex solutions, all under the guidance of a dedicated Group Account Director. You’ll be responsible for: Client Leadership: Act as a primary client contact, interpreting briefs, managing expectations, and ensuring exceptional digital solutions. Website Management: Oversee the ongoing management, performance, and optimization of national brand websites working with the strategy, digital production, data and tech teams E-commerce & CRM: Drive strategies in e-commerce and CRM (email marketing) to enhance customer engagement and conversion. Project & Stakeholder Management: Prioritise tasks, coordinate internal teams, and deliver projects on time and budget. Collaboration: Work closely with digital producers, data analysts, strategists, and developers to bring innovative digital strategies to life. You will need to have: Proven experience as a Digital Account Director or Senior Account Director in a similar senior digital marketing role. Expertise in managing large-scale digital ecosystems (multiple web properties), ideally in automotive. Strong background in e-commerce, CRM (email marketing), and digital customer experience. A strategic thinker with the ability to interpret client briefs and manage competing priorities effectively. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
